Nalanda Educational Society has proudly established the following
Free Employment Skill Training programs with the help of Central and State
Government Ministries.
Skill Development Centre was set up with an aim to enhance the inner talents to bring
laurels to the Institute as well as to the concerned. This skill development centre
encourages them to get training for their betterment in various areas. This centre provides
training not only in the concerned subjects and also in soft skills, communication skills
for their growth. After successful completion of training it also provides placement
assistance to them.
Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY) is the flagship scheme of the
Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (MSDE).
The objective of this Skill Certification Scheme is to enable a large number of Indian youth
to take up industry-relevant skill training that will help them in securing a better livelihood.
Individuals with prior learning experience or skills will also be assessed and certified under
Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL).
The Ministry of Rural Development (MoRD) announced the Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojana (DDU-GKY) on 2014.
DDU-GKY is a part of the National Rural Livelihood Mission (NRLM),
tasked with the dual objectives of adding diversity to the incomes of rural poor families and cater to the
career aspirations of rural youth.
The following is the Eligibility criteria for the courses:
* Education: 10th Class (Pass/Fail)
* Age: 18 Years to 30 Years
* Training Period: 45 Days to 90 Days
